INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
